Things to know before buying our delicious baked goods

Our baked goods can contain:

 -Eggs and egg by products

-Milk and dairy products

-Soy

-Nuts and nut by products

-Wheat

Thank you for considering to place your cake order with us whether it be our online store or one of our branches. We take great pride in the products that we bake, and when you enjoy our products. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, we will decide according to our store policy. Before you place your order please read the following to ensure a trouble-free order and receiving experience.

 For custom & wedding cakes, we strongly recommend that you visit one of our stores for placing the order to ensure that we create the cake that you desire. Please note a BD. 20 deposit fee must be paid in advance if using our cake stand. When our cake stand is returned in good condition with all pieces accounted for, your deposit fee will be returned. If damaged or lost (even one piece) you will forfeit the deposit fee. For all other items; breads, pastries, and donuts, you can visit one of our stores to place your order where our sales staff will be happy to assist you. All orders require advance down-payments. Please present your order invoice at the time of pick up or cake delivery.

ARTISTIC AND PHOTO QUALITY DISCLAIMER

Our cakes are all decorated all by hand, therefore each retail cake's finishes may be slightly different. For custom cakes ordered thru our stores, decorations done by our expert bakers are subject to interpret to your request. You may provide us with ideas via photo but we will not make claims to duplicate the exact decoration. For photo frosting sheets on our cakes, please note that you must submit your original photo by either digital in .jpg or .png format OR print size of at least 10 x 15 cm (4" x 6") to ensure exceptional quality on our frosting sheets. Smaller photo size or already printed photo on normal paper cannot guarantee the quality of the photo. In this case we make no claims to produce exceptional quality on our frosting sheets. Once the photo or our has been printed on our frosting sheets and you change your mind to change the picture or photo, you will be charged BD 3. If you change your mind before 72 hours (3 days) before your cake in-store delivery, you will not be charged.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be only provided under the following circumstances:

- We fail to handover/deliver your cake on the date and time of your order/invoice. * If the customer provides wrong date, time, or address we will NOT provide a refund.

- We fail to handover your breads/pastries/donuts order on the date and time of your order invoice. * If the customer provides wrong date, time, or address we will NOT provide a refund.

- We fail to design/decorate your cake to your closest or exact instructions/requests written on your order/invoice.

- If customer cancels an order until 72 hours prior to scheduled pick up/delivery (Retail cakes/breads/pastries/donuts)

- If customer cancels an order until 96 hours (4 days) prior to scheduled pick up/delivery (Wedding Cake)

- The cake’s quality and its filling are not as advertised and are not up to our standards. Only determined based upon the whole cake returned to the shop no later than two days from purchase date. Without the return we will not provide the refund. * A cake’s flavor and texture is subjective. Refunds requested due to just the flavor and texture after the cake has been accepted by the customer will not be considered at all. Please keep in mind that once the cake leaves our store temperature, heat, humidity, rain, contamination, or any other factors may impact the flavor, texture, and design to some degree. We are not responsible for weather conditions or your handling.

- The breads/pastries/donuts quality are not as advertised and are not up to our standards. Only determined based upon all of the product returned to the shop no later than two days from purchase date. Without the return we will not provide the refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Breads / Pastries / Donuts Cancellations are accepted until 72 hours prior to scheduled pick up time. Retail Cakes Cancellations are accepted until 72 hours prior to scheduled pick up/delivery time. Online Cakes Cancellations are accepted by phone (Mon-Sun 8AM—5PM): +973 17735917 until 72 hours prior to schedule pick up/delivery time Custom & Wedding Cakes Cancellations are accepted until 96 hours prior to scheduled pick up/delivery time.

ORDER CHANGES POLICY

Breads / Pastries / Donuts Changes are accepted until 72 hours prior to scheduled pick up only. After 72 hours increasing of quantity of the order may not be guaranteed according to production schedule. If order is standard item requested quantity will be taken from store display. For specialized order increasing of quantity may not be guaranteed. Decreasing of order quantity will not be accepted. Retail Cakes Changes are accepted until 72 hours prior to scheduled pick up/delivery time only. Changing of flavor may result in additional charge according if higher difference. After 72 hours once the cake is made no changes will be accepted. Changing of frosted sheet picture after 72 hours will result in additional sheet charge of BD. 3. Online Cakes Changes are accepted by phone (Mon-Sun 8AM-5PM) until 72 hours prior to scheduled pick up/delivery time. Changing of flavor may result in additional charge according if higher difference which can be paid upon delivery or store pick up. After 72 hours once the cake is made no changes will be accepted. Custom & Wedding Cakes Changes are accepted until 96 hours prior to scheduled pick up/delivery time. Changing of flavor may result in additional charge according if higher difference. After 96 hours once the cake is made no changes will be accepted.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We take food safety very seriously.No CHANGE OF MIND returns will be accepted for any purchases. Just because you do not like your purchase and change your mind will not be accepted at all. Once items are sold and leave our store it cannot be returned unless there is a clear fault with the item. For orders, once you pick up/receive, we will not accept any returns for exchange or refund unless there is a clear fault with with the order. However, you may cancel or change your order before the allowed time range. Exchanges are only provided under the following circumstances; - Only in-store purchased retail cakes may be exchanged for the same price or higher before leaving the store only. We will not exchange once you leave the store (no change of mind returns or exchanges) because of weather, temperature, handling conditions.

NO EXCEPTIONS. - Ordered retail, custom & wedding cakes are not accepted.

NO EXCEPTIONS. - Closed packaged items that have not been opened, damaged, or consumed and in its original packaging before leaving the store. - Open items are not accepted once paid.

NO EXCEPTIONS. - Non food items, such as candles. - Purchased item is defective and returned immediately for same item exchange, or refund. Please note that our store policy may be subject to change from time to time in which the latest policy will be updated. We recommend you to periodically check our policy to ensure a trouble free ordering experience. Thank you.
